Our sincere condolences to the Eccles family and DG/Beta Dessert Night

       Please see below from our current VP Panhellenic at the U of U.

Hello,

It is with a deep regret that I share the news of the passing of our alumnae and sisters' mother, Cleone Eccles. Lisa Eccles initiated into the Beta Gamma chapter of Delta Gamma in 1982, as well as her sister Katie just a few years after. Their brother, Spence Eccles, was also a member of the Gamma Beta chapter of Beta Theta Pi. The Eccles have since been a large contributor the the growth of the University of Utah and left a strong legacy to future Greek members. The family has asked that instead of flowers, respects are paid in donations to Neighborhood House and Huntsman Cancer Foundation.

In collaboration with Beta Theta Pi, the members of Delta Gamma will be hosting a Dessert Night to benefit Neighborhood House and Huntsman Cancer Foundation. The event will be on Tuesday April 23rd at 8 pm at the Delta Gamma House. 

This is an open invitation, so please share this. We ask for a donation of $2, but any donation would be greatly appreciated. Cash, check, and credit will be accepted. 

It is so important for us to support our sisters, especially in times of trouble. Thank you all so much, and feel free to contact me if you would like to contribute any desserts or treats, or if you have any questions.

DELTA GAMMA PHILANTHROPY WEEK!

Come support the lovely ladies of Delta Gamma

 in their Fall Philanthropy week!!

Monday, September 24th: Casino Night 7-10 PM at the Delta Gamma house! $3 for 5 chips and $5 for 10 chips. Prizes for the best betters!

Tuesday, September 25th: 6:30 PM Dinner and Silent Auction at 7246 South Milne Lane, Cottonwood Heights, UT 84047. Tickets are $15 and include dinner and a silent auction/raffle!! Make sure you RSVP for this event to Callie Lyman by no later than September 20th! (435) 901-3914

Wednesday, September 26th: ANCHOR SPLASH!! At 6:00 PM come support your favorite fraternities at the Hyper Pool competing in our annual Synchronized Swimming event! Admission is $3.

Thursday, September 27th: 6:30 PM Delta Gammburger at the Delta Gamma house. $3 entrance fee for all the burgers you can eat!!

Girls on the Run: Looking for DG volunteers!

Hello Ladies!

One of our own alum, Heidi Moreton is wondering if Delta Gamma (active and alumni members) would be interested in volunteering for a local non-profit called, Girls on the Run.  It is an incredible program that empowers both girls and the women who volunteer. They have coaching, assistant coaching and "running buddy" opportunities.  They have had some Delta Gamma's volunteer in the past but would love to have more girls involved.  If interested, please contact:
